1. About Droidly

Droidly ("we", "us") is an Android interview preparation platform. It provides curated interview questions, system design case studies, and explainer articles for Android developers. You can reach us at support@droidly.io.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a Premium subscription. By using Droidly, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Premium Subscription

Droidly Premium gives you unlimited access to all premium content including system design deep-dives, explainer articles, and the full question bank.

• Billing: Premium is billed at ₹299/month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Payment: Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and netbanking.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• Price changes: We will give at least 30 days notice before changing subscription prices.

5. Free Content

All 375+ interview Q&A questions are free, with no account required. We reserve the right to change what content is free or premium at any time, with reasonable notice to existing users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Droidly content without our written permission
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to extract content from Droidly
• Share your Premium account access with others
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Use Droidly for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Droidly — including questions, answers, system design breakdowns, illustrations, and code snippets — is owned by Droidly and protected by copyright. You may use the content for personal interview preparation only. Commercial use or redistribution is not permitted without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Droidly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using Droidly will result in you getting a job offer. Interview success depends on many factors beyond our content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Droidly's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect access. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or a prominent notice on the site at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
